Subject: SAVE THE DATE! Learning from the MDGS to SDGs: Drawing Lessons for a Transformative Post-2015 Development Agenda – Jun 14

Dear colleagues,

IBON International and the United Nations Liaison Service (UN-NGLS) are organizing a side event titled “Learning from the MDGS to SDGs: Drawing Lessons for a Transformative Post-2015 Development Agenda” which is slated for June 14, 17.30 – 19.00 in T-10, RioCentro Convention Centre, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This side event will gather experts from the UN System, member states and civil society to draw lessons from the implementation of the MDGs, examine the proposals for SDGs in the outcome document of Rio+20 in light of these lessons, and outline ideas for a transformative post-2015 development agenda.

For more information about the event, please get in touch with Paul Quintos of IBON at pquintos@iboninternational.org.

Warm wishes,

Andrian Alfonso
IBON International
