Following the pledges for REDD+ implementation and the establishment of the Amazon Fund in Brazil, this event will discuss how to bridge the existent Gaps for REDD+ implementation, ensuring local stakeholders demands and expectations are met, emissions from degradation and deforestation of tropical forests are effectively reduced and a new (green) economic path is established.
